Our B.O.S.S. Leadership Team is the heart of With Love Mommy & Me, comprised of mamas from across our support group and community that serve leadership positions within our brand and organization. The leadership team assists with the expansion of our support group by upholding the B.O.S.S. mission and is open to anyone that fits any one of the following requirements:

  • Be an active member of the support group 

  • Have completed the Momfidence Cohort Program (coming soon!)

  • Have professional/community experience in maternal health or supporting mothers and their littles (ie. midwife/doula, certified lactation coach, child care worker, teacher, licensed social workers, mom brand partner, etc.)

Mama Buddies/Welcome Team

Mama Buddies serve as the first and true mama friends of our support group.  In addition to regular mama buddies, those on the Mama Buddy committee will be assigned a new mama in the group to welcome and connect with.

Community & Outreach Team

The Community & Outreach Team serve as the hands and feet of our Mama Friend community by spreading love and acts of kindness through the Mama Friend community. From baby births to milestones to pick-me-ups, we are here!

Event Planning Team

The Event Planning team assists with planning and executing support group events and meetups. Events include in-person and virtual events, local meetups, and mama retreats.
